What does ‘gsm’ mean?
At WSYD Basics, we categorize our products based on their grammage (gsm), which stands for ‘grams per square meter’ and refers to the weight of a fabric. generally, the higher a fabric’s gsm, the thicker and heavier it will be.
How should i wash my products?
Being 100% cotton, we recommend washing each garment at cold temperatures (between 20ºc and 30ºc) on a gentle machine cycle, using mild soap to preserve the fabric’s properties. after washing, avoid machine or tumble drying instead, let your garments line-dry naturally.
What is the difference between 450 gsm & 600 gsm?
The main difference between these two fabrics lies in the way they are woven and knitted.
While the 450 gsm is knitted diagonally, offering a soft touch on the outer layer and a fully brushed fleece lining, the 600 gsm is woven vertically, creating a raw texture on the outside and featuring a looped french terry inner side.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy varies by location and retailer. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided by the retailer where you purchased.
Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?
We currently ship all orders from Lisbon Portugal.
After receiving your order confirmation, it takes around 1 to 5 business days for our team to process and prepare your package at our fulfillment center. once shipped, delivery typically takes 24–72 hours worldwide via ups, dhl, or fedex express.
If the product is not in stock you will be noticed and it can take up to 1-2 weeks more.
Will i be charged any customs fees?
Only when ordering from outside the european union is there a slight chance that your country’s customs may hold the package and apply import duties, especially in the united kingdom. this usually happens on orders over 150€, but it can sometimes occur randomly and unpredictably. unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Yes, we provide artists, creatives, and all kinds of clothing projects with a wide range of garment customization services and textile solutions to bring their ideas to life from anywhere in the world. our professional team closely monitors the entire creation process, offering updates, assistance, and guidance at every step.

CHOSE YOUR PRODUCT
- Choose the style that best fits your project.
- Define the desired quantity for each item.
- If you wish, you can also specify colors, sizes, or finishing options.
PRODUCTION REVIEW
Once we receive your order, our production and quality control team carefully reviews all the details.
- We will contact you (phone or email) to confirm:
Size distribution within each bundle (XS, S, M, L, XL, etc.).
Final quantities per color/style.
Other technical details of the product.
- At this stage, you may also send us your designs, logos, or measurements if you want custom pieces. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure everything matches your vision.
SIZE SUBMISSION
Our-in house production and quality control team will review your form submission and artwork details and contact you via phone/email to confirm.
- We will contact you (phone or email) to confirm:
- Size distribution within each bundle (S, M, L, XL, etc.).
- Final quantities per color/style.
- Other technical details of the product.
- At this stage, you may also send us your designs, logos, or measurements if you want custom pieces. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure everything matches your vision.
PRODUCTION (ON-PRESS)
Once the order is approved and paid, it enters our production queue.
- Your project is placed on our manufacturing line according to the approved specifications.
- The average production lead time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on model complexity and quantities.
- Throughout this process, we ensure high standards of quality and consistency in every piece.
PACK & SHIP!
After production is completed:
- All garments go through a final quality control check.
- They are carefully packed (folded, polybagged, and labeled if requested).
- We arrange secure shipping to the address provided in your order.
This way, you’ll receive your products ready to wear, sell, or integrate into your brand.
